It appears that a sequel to the game was once in development. "I still occasionally hear from fans of The Legend of Dragoon, and many want to know if there is a sequel," Yoshida admitted. "LOD2 was put into preproduction after I left the Japan Studio, but was eventually cancelled for some unknown reason, and the team members moved on to different projects." Said Shu Yoshida (CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, ex- project lead). It is available to buy on PSN, however and is not for Xbox because sony made this game personally.
Now that's out of the way, this flash visually didn't do LOD justice, due to extraneous pixel guano and not all the characters had a hand in showing off their moves as well. The sound was spot on and a rush of nostalgia came flooding back. However, you left it at a cliff hanger!?! Are you going to finish this? Or is this project of yours gonna cease for some unknown reason? I'll leave that to you i'm off to go play LOD now... Good luck on your future endevors!
